Membership Campaign
Andrew…an adorable, outgoing, happy four year old-chatting as if we’d known each other forever. Jan and I were meeting him for the first time. It was hard to believe that a year ago he was totally withdrawn and terrified to begin preschool.
Andrew’s Uncle Billy and Aunt Sharon told us he had been placed in their home fourteen months ago. He was taken away from his parents for the second time in his young life!
When Andrew tried to interact with the other children and make friends, they couldn’t understand him. They ignored him. He was confused and scared- a little boy who stood back and watched – an outsider. He became more and more alone and isolated.
Amazing! Only fourteen months later, this confident little guy is now a social butterfly and a great success in the A.C.E. Charter School at Central Florida Speech and Hearing Center.
So, why the sudden turnaround…Uncle Billy and Aunt Sharon are quick to credit the wonderful teachers at A.C.E. Charter School and Ms. Patte, his Speech Pathologist at Central Florida Speech and Hearing Center for his success. Good Vibrations Capital Campaign
We at Central Florida Speech & Hearing Center want to thank you for considering the Center in your charitable contributions plan. This building campaign will provide the necessary funds to continue to make the Center the best facility available for our children and adults by providing a brand new building with added space, upgraded technologies and highly motivated employees.
Those with speech and hearing disabilities continue to need your support, regardless of what happens in our economy.
