Part-Time or Full-Time
– Adults-Only Caseload
– Pediatric-Only Caseload
– Vestibular & Fall Prevention Focus
– Bilingual (Spanish/English) Providers
– Hybrid Roles combining diagnostics, amplification, and specialty services

Key Responsibilities
– Comprehensive audiologic evaluations for pediatric and/or adult patients
– Hearing aid evaluation, fitting, programming, verification, and follow-up care
– Counseling patients and families on hearing healthcare solutions
– Vestibular and fall-risk assessment (for applicable roles)
– Supervision and collaboration with audiology technicians and support staff
– Documentation and care coordination within interdisciplinary teams
– Community outreach or screenings as needed
Important: Candidates must be comfortable with hearing aid sales, fittings, and ongoing patient management, as amplification services are a core part of our care model.

Qualifications
– Au.D. or Ph.D. in Audiology
– Florida Audiology License (or eligibility)
– Strong interpersonal and counseling skills
– Interest in teamwork and program development
– Willingness to supervise technicians

Central Florida Speech & Hearing Center is seeking a speech-language pathologist to join our team. We are vested in providing unwavering support to employees, quality intervention services and care for the whole family. Responsibilities
– Provide speech/language therapy services to children with varying exceptionalities
– Responsible for evaluations, treatment and report writing/implementation
– Interpret evaluative data to establish measurable goals
– Complete daily progress notes
– Establish and maintain positive collaborative relationship with children and families
– Collaborate with speech-language pathology team on departmental objectives

Job Qualifications
– Master’s Degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
– Current Certification of Clinical Competency from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
– Current SLP licensure by the state of Florida
– Thorough knowledge of therapy best practices
– Enjoys making a positive difference with children
– Comfortable with a primarily pediatric caseload

Pay Range: Starting at $70,000/year, commensurate with experience

Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist

Central Florida Speech and Hearing Center is looking for Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellows to join our team in Spring of 2026!

We offer CFY mentorship and the Speech Language Pathology staff is available to collaborate. What therapists love the most about working at Central Florida Speech & Hearing Center, is our strong team and our shared passion for helping children and families.
This is a great opportunity for any Speech Language Pathologist – CFY who wants to work with children. Adult therapy opportunities may be available.
